Rules for Poultry:
- Must provide and secure food and water cups to the provided cages.
- All poultry must have pullorum test. (Wednesday night check-in)
- Exhibitor can only enter one bird per breed per class.
- Only entered animals can be in the barn.
- Poultry must be purebred.
- Must be owned by the exhibitor at least 30 days prior to entry.
- Poultry must be at fairgrounds and in assigned cages by 4:00 PM Wednesday, August 1, 2018.
- Entry fee for each bird is $1.00 per class, with the exception of Trio entries and Market Pens, they are $1.00 for each Trio (3 birds) and Market Pen (4 birds) entry.

- Four chickens in a meat pen are considered one species.
- Can either be Cornish-Crosses or heritage meat breed of your choice but all birds must be the same breed.
- Cornish-crosses must be 6-8 weeks old at weigh-in.
- Heritage meat chickens must not be over 4 months old at weigh-in.
- Each bird must weigh at least 4 pounds at weigh-in.
