VENDORS
Are you interested in being a vendor at the fair?  Click on the vendors title to print the form. Then mail it in.  Or you may contact Jim Steiner or Renae Hammon. All vendors must have insurance. If you currently do not have insurance click here to print the insurance form provided. Fill out and mail to Jenks Long Insurance. The theme this year is "Shakin' It Up".  Decorate your vendor booth for a chance to win a prize.

 

FOOD VENDORS
Are you a food vendor that would like to showcase your delicious delights at the fair? Click on the Food Vendors title to print the form then mail it in. FAIR PAGEANT
Pageants are Wednesday, July 21 and Saturday, July 24. Click here for details.  Don't forget to mail your application in before the deadline.  Applications can be picked up at Uptown Florist & Bridal, Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce, and Cupcakes & Cartwheels.  Or you can print an application by clicking on Fair Pageant.   For more information contact Tina. 
                    Be sure to bring your lawn chair to the Grove as there are no longer benches.

 

HOME ARTS
Pre-register your Home Arts entries. All items must be pre-registered before Monday, July 19, 2010 or in person Tuesday, July 20, 2010. Pre-registration does not mandate the item be brought to the fair. Print the registration form and guidelines.

 

PARENT/CHILD LOOK-A-LIKE CONTEST
Do people tell you that you look like your parent or child?  Enter the parent/child look-a-like contest on Saturday, July 24 at 4 PM at The Grove.  You must enter prior to the contest.  Entry is free.  Join the fun to win $25 cash and trophy. For more information contact Tina.

FROZEN T-SHIRT CONTEST
Be the first to fit into a frozen t-shirt. Wet t-shirts are scrunched and frozen. The object of this contest is to thaw the t-shirt following the guidelines and successfully fit your head and arms into the shirt as for normal wear. The first person to do so in their age category will be declared the winner. Must register by Tuesday, July 20, 2010

SUPER FARMER CONTEST
 Obstacle course will start with each teammate “dressing” for the chores.  Items provided will be for the male a jumpsuit and straw hat. Females will have a sun bonnet and apron.  Clothing items must be worn through the entire obstacle course.  Failure to do so could result in a no time.  Contestants will have a maximum of three minutes to complete each event, if not completed within three minutes whistle will sound and contestants must move on to next event. Events include Water Tank Hustle, Egg Gathering, Gate Hanging, Hay Bale Stack, Wheelbarrow Dash, and Post Setting.
 

RECREATIONAL VEHICLE FORM
Would you like to park your RV at the fairgrounds to be closer to the action? Space is limited so register now. 

COLORING CONTEST
Kids ages 3 - 12 years are eligible enter to win. First place winner will receive a blue ribbon and a cash prize. Also awarding second and third place ribbons. Entries will be displayed during the fair. Entrants information will be kept private. Print the form, rules, and enter today. Entries are due by 5 PM Tuesday, July 20, 2010.
