Little Mr. & Miss Phelps County Fair Photo Contest
Submit a natural photo of your child to be judged on this website by the public. Please no photo enhancements. Photo will be on display from July 8– July 24 2015 One dollar per ballot will be cast on a secured online PayPal website. (Example: $5 equals 5 votes). Winners will be announced during the Little Mr. and Miss Phelps County Pageant on Saturday, July 25 2015
Photo submissions must be contestants of the Little Mr. and Miss Phelps County Pageant. Photos will not be accepted if contestant is not entered in the pageant. Photos are judged by the public NOT by the pageant judges.
Print form, mail to the address on the form, and email your photo to the director. Some larger file photos will not be received. You will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 1 - 2 days for the confirmation. Photo will not be published on the website until the signed form has been received. Deadline is July 5, 2015
