2019 Carnival

The Phelps County Fair is proud to offer carnival rides INCLUDED in the price of the season pass or daily admission! We are working with a new to us carnival company "Southern Fun Carnival". We are very excited to work with this new company! The carnival will offer 12 rides, six of those rides will be for the younger kids and the other six will be for teenagers and adults. The company will also provide a few games for you to play, if you choose, at an additional cost.
