Rules: ~Contestants must be a resident of Phelps County or an adjoining county. ~Teams will consist of 2 individuals. ~Must sign a liability waiver. ~ Any minor (under 18) must have parent/guardian sign waiver. ~ Entry is free with paid entry to the fairgrounds, but limited to the first 20 teams. ~Judges' decisions are final, no protest allowed. ~Event will be timed; fastest and most accurate time will win.
