We formally invite you to the 2024 4-H & FFA Livestock Auction to be held Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. in the Livestock Show Arena at the Phelps County Fair. The youth involved in 4-H & FFA have worked many months to prepare their “market ready” livestock for exhibition and sale at this year’s event. This is your opportunity to purchase a high-quality animal that has been raised right here in Phelps County, Missouri.
As always, the local meat processing facilities are committing their support of this event and will be on site the day of the auction to assist those individuals or businesses who purchase animals.

Buyer Registration Instructions
****All buyers should register ahead of time to expedite the check out process**** Register by clicking the link to the left. Click "sign-in" and choose "buyer" from the drop down menu. If your business or name is listed, please select it and login to make sure all of your contact information is accurate. Once you have verified your contact information, you are a registered buyer. Please confirm your email is correct. If you have not previously registered and your name or business is not there, you will need to check "I am a new buyer or not listed above" and follow the registration process. The local meat processing facilities have shown their support of this event for many years, and this year is no different. Many local processing facilities have reserved space on their calendars for market livestock including market chickens which will be sold through the Phelps County Fair's Junior Livestock Sale.
