2010 Phelps County Fair Color Contest
The kids is a coloring contest was such a big hit last year, we are continuing with it this year. Download the coloring and rules pages and mail to the Phelps County Fair. Both pages must be mailed together to be eligible. You may also find the coloring page in the fair book.
Rules:
1. Entry must be received by 5 PM, Tuesday, July 20. You may mail or hand deliver the entry to the fairgrounds. Hand deliver to the Grove outdoor stage.
2. Winners will be announced and posted Wednesday, July 21.
3. Participant may use crayons, markers, or paint.
4. Participant must color page without assistance.
5. One winner in each age division.
6. One entry per child.
7. Winner will receive a blue ribbon and cash award.
8. Participant’s name and contact information will not be displayed.
9. Entry and prize money must be picked up by 8 PM, Saturday, July 24. Any entry not picked up by this time will be destroyed and prize money will be forfeited.
Choose one age division:
3 – 6 yrs. 1st Place: Blue Ribbon and $10 Ribbon for 2nd & 3rd Place
7 – 9 yrs. 1st Place: Blue Ribbon and $15 Ribbon for 2nd & 3rd Place
10 – 12 yrs. 1st Place Blue Ribbon and $20 Ribbon for 2nd & 3rd Place
