The 2013 Phelps County Fair Pageant will be held on Wednesday, July 31 at 5:30 PM for Fair Queen, Little Fair Princess, Jr. Fair Princess, and Fair Princess in that order of performance.
Deadline for these divisions is July 1 at 5:30 PM at the Grove.
The newly crowned Fair Queen will receive a $500 scholarship paid to the college or university of her choice. Download the Fair Queen Scholarship Program paperwork here .

Candidates must attend 7 of the 9 practices and must attend the two mandatory practices.
Notice division ages
Little Fair Princess (8 - 10 years)
Jr. Fair Princess (11 - 13 years)
Fair Princess (14 - 16 years)
Fair Queen (17 - 21 years)
Fair Queen candidates will be interviewed the day before the pageant. If 10 or more Fair Queen candidates, individual talent will be performed at 3 PM the day of the pageant.
Are you in need of a gown for the pageant? Looking for a gently used and reasonably priced gown? You may rent a gown by contacting Dress for Less, Girl Scout Troop 10556, Joy Fryer at 573.354.0309. Or contact Tina Reagan, pageant director.

On Saturday, August 3, the Little Mr & Miss Phelps County pageant will be held for the following categories beginning at 9 AM at the Grove. Deadline and orientation for these divisions is July 20 at 9:30 AM at the Grove. There are no practices for ages 0 - 7 years, however, you must attend the orientation on July 20. This is not a glitz pageant. No falls or flappers allowed. Natural looking contestants are preferred. Light lip gloss and mascara are acceptable. Baby Mr. & Miss Phelps County (0 - 1 year)
Toddler Mr. & Miss Phelps County (2 - 4 years)
Little Mr. & Miss Phelps County (5 - 7 years) This age division will be required to have an onstage speech. No index cards for this division.
There are no practices for ages 0 - 7 years.
