No Dogs on Fairgrounds
No one admitted in grounds without a ticket or pass
No coolers allowed in fairgrounds
No one under 16 years of age allowed in pit area without adult supervision
No one under 21 years of age allowed in the beer wine garden
No refunds
No lawn chairs in stands
No vehicles on the grounds (except for RVs)
The Phelps County Fair will not be responsible to any individual, corporation, or association for any losses by fire, theft, damage or personal injury sustained by anyone through the negligence of any person or group of persons, exhibits or exhibitors.
